Popular ski resort Hemsedal receives a perfect six on the dice from national newspaper.
A long season, short lift queues, catering for all abilities and excellent facilities makes Hemsedal the best ski resort in Norway.
The resort was awarded a whopping 98 out of 100 points possible in the Dagbladet review.
Great for Children
In the article, the resort is hailed as perfect for children, with a range of good beginner´s slopes, ski schools and child friendly cafes.
At the same time, the intermediate and advanced options available are world class too, writes Dagbladet.
Extreme Excellence
A total of 42 runs, seven of them rated “black”, there is enough to please even the most experienced skier.
The resort boasts a over 40km of prepped slopes, and abundance of off-piste opportunities.
There are also 10km of flood lit slopes, which makes evening skiing possible four days a week.
